If you are unlucky enough to live in a riding with a Tory member of parliament, you may think "Well, at least they are doing a job of being a representative for the people of the riding".
Think again.

The above link shows a document that was posted on wikileaks, and shows how tightly controlled Harper Conservative MPs really are. When they go back to their respective constituencies, they are dictated to on what to say with a script. As if politics and peoples lives were a make believe stage production.
So, does your MP represent the constituents? Or does the Tory MP only report back what Steven Harper thinks is in your best interest?
